First clinical results with the Carriazo-Pendular

The Carriazo-Pendular is a new keratom with a completely new
idea: The keratom head itself is convex like the cornea. It is easy
to handle. With the Carriazo-Pendular you can achieve a constant
flapthickness. It offers you the possibility of a 360° hinge posi-
tion. Due to a large vacuum chamber its fixation is excellent and
it is therefore a safe keratom. The authors present the handling of
the Pendular and their first clinical results.
