Micro Incision Prelex: A combined phako-refractive procedure for presbyopic correction using Acri.Lisa366D

The authors report a new surgical concept of refractive lens exchange combining micro-incision through 1,5 mm and implantation of a new mlutifocal diffractive aberration correcting IOL: ACRILISA 366 D. The technique is shown and the results of the first 90 cases implanted are presented.
